Paid checkout is currently paused until the app, order backend, and first-batch production flow are verified. When sales reopen, Stripe sends the payment receipt to the email address used at checkout. First batches ship from Austria; EU customers should not have an import-customs step for intra-EU delivery. For shipping questions, order changes, cancellations, or refund requests, contact support with that same email address and include any Stripe receipt or order reference you received.
Use a physical iPhone and an official FocusLatch Key. Each key carries a cryptographic signature bound to its chip; generic store-bought tags and copies are rejected on purpose — a key should be a deliberate object, not something you can re-buy in a weak minute. Hold the top of your iPhone flat against the key and keep it still.
Check three things on the home screen: Screen Time access is allowed, at least one app, category, or website is selected in the active mode, and a Focus Key is registered. Then tap Latch in — the shield appears over blocked apps immediately.
If your Focus Key is permanently lost while you are latched in, uninstalling FocusLatch removes the system shield. Reinstall the app afterwards and register a new official Key. This recovery path is intentionally outside the main app flow so scanning your Key remains the normal way back in.
While focus is running you can add apps, categories, and websites, but not remove them. Removing is possible again after unlocking with your key.
No. The blocking is enforced by iOS itself; FocusLatch does not run in the background.
The Social Hub starts private. Open the Social Hub privacy controls to manage profile discovery, profile visibility, daily focus sharing, notifications, friend requests, and challenge invitations independently. Use the menu on a profile, profile photo, post, comment, or private challenge to report it. Blocking takes effect across profiles, the feed, comments, reactions, challenges, and activity. Reported profile photos may be replaced with initials while they are reviewed.
Reports are reviewed as promptly as practical, with threats, sexual exploitation, and immediate safety concerns prioritized. Read the Community Guidelines, or email support for a safety concern or moderation appeal.
To delete only focus data you previously released, open the Social Hub privacy controls and choose the confirmed shared-data deletion action. To permanently delete the complete account, open You → Account → Delete account. Deleting the iPhone app by itself removes local data but does not delete the server account.
