The FocusLatch Key is planned as a passive, battery-free NFC product that is scanned by a compatible iPhone to unlock an active FocusLatch session. Final materials, dimensions, supplier, model, identifiers, compatibility, warnings, and conformity status must match the released sale unit. Nothing on this pre-sale page is a declaration that a final SKU has already passed conformity assessment.

Safe handling

Use only an intact official FocusLatch Key and follow the final instructions supplied with it.
Stop using it if cracked, deformed, unusually hot, sharp, chemically damaged, or otherwise unsafe.
Do not cut, drill, burn, swallow, dismantle, or intentionally expose it to extreme heat, chemicals, or moisture outside its published rating.
Until the final size and risk assessment are published, keep the Key and detached parts away from young children and anyone who may swallow small objects.
Do not rely on FocusLatch for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or legal-access control.

HARDWARE PRE-SALE RELEASE BLOCK. No paid order may be accepted until the exact final SKU has a documented risk assessment and bill of materials; verified manufacturer and EU economic-operator details; model/batch/serial traceability; required technical documentation, testing, declaration of conformity, CE marking and warnings; compliant instructions in destination languages; and tested incident, corrective-action, recall, and customer-contact procedures.

The release review must determine and document the applicability and fulfilment of the General Product Safety Regulation, Radio Equipment Directive, RoHS, electromagnetic/radio requirements, packaging and waste obligations, WEEE classification/registration, and any country-specific producer-responsibility duties. A supplier statement alone is not a substitute for FocusLatch's own documented legal role and obligations.

Report a product incident

Stop using the item and email [email protected] with subject FocusLatch product safety. Include the visible serial/model/batch, where and when it was obtained, country, incident date and factual description, whether anyone was injured, and clear photos if safe. Do not send passwords, raw invite links, signing secrets, or unrelated medical records. Keep the item isolated and do not discard or ship it until safe instructions are provided. For immediate danger, call local emergency services.

Compatibility and end of use

Final supported iPhone/iOS versions and any promised software or security-update period will be stated before purchase. When disposal becomes necessary, follow the final product marking and local collection instructions; do not place the Key in household waste if it is classified as electrical or electronic equipment.
